Keeps the warm air out: This is ideal if you do not want to mount the exhaust hose of the mobile air conditioner through a hole in the wall but want to hang it through the tilted window.
To prevent the air conditioning from drawing warm air back into the apartment, simply attach the window seal with Velcro. Then open the zipper in the middle a little, push the hose out - done.
Of course, you can also open the zipper completely, e.g. to air it.
